What is a Stamp Collection?
  1. A collection of unique postage stamps.
  2. Stamps are categorized by country of issue.
  3. Used stamps are not excluded from the collection.
  4. Stamps saved for trading are not included in the collection.
  5. Edge differences are not considered for uniqueness, except
when a stamp is issued in a perf form and a straight cut
    form (all four edges unperforated).

Notes
  1. I no longer actively collect stamps. I keep this collection for nostalgic value, and
as a historical reference to countries where I used to live.
  2. This web presentation of my stamps is created with pictures like you see above.
  3. Stamp details are displayed under the picture:
    1. Text on the stamp is first, preceeded by the label "Text:". A comma is
inserted in the text for every line break.
    2. Denomination is next, and is labeled with "Den:"
  4. I have a fair amount of stamps in my collection and I may not know how to categorize them
by country as I do not remember where I found them, or do not know the country
of origin. IF YOU CAN HELP ME HERE, PLEASE DO SO!
  5. If I don't know where a stamp is "officially" from, it will list where it was found.
  6. Each stamp picture is formatted as a 72bpi GIF file. Size is about 25% larger than actual.
The picture files range from 8 to 15KB each. No more than 50 pictures are placed on a
single page, to help break up the download times, but, you may have to be patient for all
the pictures to load on some of the pages.
  7. You may download these stamp pictures for your own personal use, however,
as a courtesy to me for using pictures that took me a long time to scan and format,
I do ask that you give me credit where it is due, and, if used on the internet, provide
a link back to my pages.
